Realizing every child's potential
Mom of two fabulous children, one of whom is learning to adapt to life with autism and epilepsy, Kelly has extensive experience in the public, private and advocacy sectors in education that includes the U.S. Department of Education as well as the school districts of Philadelphia and Upper Darby. Professional as well as community work has led to established relationships with municipal, state and federal government leaders.
Former athlete who finds tremendous fun coaching her daughter's softball tournament teams, Kelly earned an B.A. from Franklin and Marshall College and an M.G.A from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania where she was the recipient of the Excellence in Leadership Award upon graduation.
Motivated by her own experience supporting a child with special needs, which was profoundly difficult at the start, SpecED was conceived.
